PATRICK
CRUZEN Chief Executive Officer A 25-year veteran, Patrick Cruzen has guided several of gaming’s most prominent properties through phases of dramatic change and record growth. His expertise and insight is now available to gaming and gaming supply companies worldwide through Cruzen & Associates, providing consulting and executive search services. |
| Cruzen’s
professional experience includes work at the helm of the industry’s
most dynamic organizations. Prior to forming Cruzen & Associates,
Cruzen instituted aggressive revenue-enhancement, cost containment
and strategic business-planning processes as President and Chief Operating
Officer of Grand Casinos, Inc. in Minneapolis. As part of the startup team that created MGM Grand, Cruzen served as Senior Vice President of Finance and Administration. In addition Cruzen was President of MGM’s casino marketing arm, Destron. Prior to MGM Grand, Cruzen served as President of the Flamingo Hilton in Reno and President of the Sands Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada. Cruzen held other management positions Such as Vice President of Operations for the Dunes Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, and Vice President of Hotel Operations for Caesars Palace in Las Vegas. |

JEAN REGAN President Widely regarded as the top executive recruiter in the gaming industry, Jean has successfully placed numerous senior level executives in the gaming industry. Using her unique knowledge of operations and marketing experience in gaming, Jean has successfully matched clients needs with candidate’s skills and personalities. Jean has been a part of Cruzen & Associates since it's inception in 1997. In March 2004, Jean was named President of the Company. | Prior to her entry into executive search, Jean served as Vice President of Entertainment and Special Events for the Trump Taj Mahal, the largest casino resort in the gaming industry at the time. Jean's background in entertainment began while she was Assistant General Manager of the Boston Garden where she produced over 300 shows annually. She also worked with HVS Executive Search in New York prior to joining Cruzen & Associates.

TATJANA M. TRUCANO Executive Vice President Tatjana joined Cruzen & Associates as Director of Research & Recruiting in September 1999. Tatjana plays a major role in the planning, research, and recruiting of Cruzen & Associates searches. Working closely with the clients and candidates, she provides the support needed throughout the entire search process of sourcing, candidate development and managing daily activity between the candidate and clients. In September 2004, Tatjana was promoted to Executive Vice President and Managing Director of Cruzen & Associates San Diego office. Tatjana will oversee all recruitment efforts for Cruzen & Associates and concentrate her efforts in the exploding California market. |

Indian Bingo & Casino, Ameristar Casinos Inc., Video Gaming
Technologies, GTECH, Yonkers Raceway, Aladdin Resort & Casino
and Grand Casino Mille Lacs. Tatjana earned a Master of Business Administration degree in International Business; completed in Heidelberg, Germany and London, England. In addition, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Speech Communication was conferred by the University of St. Thomas, St. Paul, Minnesota.

MARY ANN PERKINS Executive Vice President With nearly four decades of experience in the gaming industry, and an enthusiastic, hands-on style, Mary Ann Perkins started The Perkins Corporation in 1986 and has consulted with over 75 casino clients. Her specialty is organization development and she has assisted with 30 casino openings/expansions. |

An educator and former university instructor, her career in gaming began with Harrah's Entertainment. She remains passionate about impacting profitability, streamlining processes and improving operational effectiveness. Also skilled in the areas of executive recruiting and coaching, she began partnering with Cruzen and Associates executive search firm in 2011 and her thorough knowledge and wide experience in all facets of gaming operations allow her to quickly respond to client requests for specific talent.
